Reformation Heritage Books has a sale on Turretin’s Institutes (link). I’m not sure how long the sale lasts, but $70 for the set (new) is one of the better deals I’ve seen.
If you don’t already own a copy, this might be a good chance to pick one up.

I picked up the set a few weeks ago.I think what would be helpful is an outline book of Turretin similar to this:http://www.amazon.com/Analysis-Institutes-Christian-Religion-Calvin/dp/0875521827Battles outlines each chapter of Calvin's Institutes. I find the Institutes not nearly as challenging as Turretin, making such a volume on Turretin very useful.I could also see a publisher picking up this project (hint).
If not, there's always Advil 😉
